When do the Tamtams take place?

They take place officially from early May to late September.


How do I get to the Tamtams?

The buses 80 and 129 make a stop in front of the site.
By subway, at the exit of the Mont Royal station,
walk up toward the mountain until you reach du Parc Avenue.
You will be almost there.


If I bring my drum, will I be allowed to play with the others?

Everybody is welcomed to join the drum players.


At what time do the Tamtams begin and when do they stop?

Normally, they start sometime between noon and 13:00.
They last as long as it's still daylight
and there are drummers to play.


Do they sell food at the Tamtams?

No. They sell only bottled water and ice creams.
Bring your own food.


Is it kid friendly?

Children are welcome.


How do I get a vendors permit for the Tamtams?

To get all the informations you need, click on
"Notice to the vendors".


How to invite some drum players at a social (or sports) event?

We suggest you meet some drum players
right on the Tamtams site on Sunday.


Am I on the official site of the Tamtams?

No! This is just a personnal site.
It's managed by a small team of amateur
